Reminder: Annual Base Salary Collection Period Ends October 8

As announced previously, the annual collection period for base salary data closes October 8, 2021. 

Cooperatives with salary-based benefits should go to the Employee Benefits website’s November 15 Base Salaries event and:

• Verify that your employees’ job positions in your co-op’s human resources system and records align with NRECA’s job positions. If necessary, submit updated job positions.
• Submit your co-op’s annual base salary data. Submitting your data on time will help ensure accurate annual enrollment elections, January billing and Retirement Security Plan estimates and payments.

NRECA sent an email to primary benefits administrators on August 11 with detailed information on submitting salary information.
