Annual Base Salary Collection Period Now Open
The collection period for cooperatives’ annual base (or “November 15”) salary data opens September 1 and closes October 8, 2021.
Salary data is collected from cooperatives that participate in NRECA salary-based group and/or Retirement Security Plan benefits. This data will affect 2022 billing and is also needed to ensure accurate annual enrollment information for co-ops that offer NRECA’s life insurance and/or disability products.
To submit your co-op’s salary data, use the Employee Benefits website’s November 15 Base Salaries event. NRECA sent an email to primary benefits administrators on August 11 containing pertinent information on submitting your co-op’s data.
Remember to validate/update job positions
Before submitting salary data, please verify that your employees’ job positions in your co-op’s HR system and records align with NRECA’s job positions, updating positions as needed.
You can submit your list of job positions through the November 15 Base Salaries event. This helps ensure your employees receive relevant targeted communications from NRECA and accurate information is provided for the National Compensation System.
