Updates to Group ACH Pages Available September 2

The enhanced “Pay Insurance Invoice” and “Manage Group Insurance ACH Accounts” pages on the NRECA Employee Benefits website will be available and ready for your use on September 2.

These updated pages will allow you to once again change bank account information and submit invoice payments online. You’ll also notice several changes, including:

  • A new look and feel with overall improved functionality.
  • A new “ACH Payments” page replaces the “Group Insurance ACH Transactions” page. This new page contains a summary of your cooperative’s pending transactions and 12 months of completed transactions.
  • The daily cut-off time will be extended to right before 2:30 pm, Eastern time, when submitted invoices are sent to the bank, for updating your co-op’s ACH bank accounts or submitting invoice payments.
  • In some instances, there may be a short delay in the processing times of your requests on these updated pages, for example, when you select the “delete,” “submit” or “save” function. After entering your request, you may need to refresh the screen or check back a short time later before the change shows on the page.

We encourage you to take two steps to ensure your co-op’s information is in good order.

  1. Check that your bank account and payment information is accurate. If there is inaccurate information, contact the Member Contact Center. Please note that if you submitted an invoice payment by check after August 23, there may be a delay in showing on the “ACH Payments” page that your payment has been processed.
