Life Strategy Counseling (LSC) will offer a free one-hour webinar titled “Unplug To Recharge: How To Disconnect” at 12 pm and 2 pm ET on Tuesday, July 21. This webinar will show you the benefits of recharging your mental batteries by giving yourself a rest from technology. The webinar will last for about one hour. Your cooperative can participate, or participants in the NRECA Medical Plan can join in on their own.
