Slides and Recordings for Recent ACA Webinars Now Available

The presentations and recordings of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) webinars held recently are now available on Cooperative.com. You can view and listen to the webinars and download PDFs of the slides from the presentations.

Two webinars were held based on the employee thresholds set forth in the ACA tax reporting requirements. One was for cooperatives with fewer than 50 full-time and/or full-time equivalent employees; the other was for co-ops with 50 or more full-time and/or full-time equivalent employees. In both webinars Seth Perretta and Malcolm Slee of the Groom Law Group shared how the ACA tax reporting requirements affect co-ops depending on their size and type of insurance arrangement.
