Recapping the Invitational Team Steps Challenge

Congratulations to all teams that participated in the Invitational Team Steps Challenge, our final 2023 FutureMe challenge, which wrapped up in November.

One hundred and seventy-six teams registered for the challenge, and 649 individuals representing 90 cooperatives achieved the goal of logging steps at least four of the five weekly rounds as part of the team competition.

We hope this challenge has inspired employees across the co-op community to keep active. To continue to encourage healthy habits, both physical and mental, we’ll offer challenges again in 2024 to co-ops in the NRECA Medical Plan, so be sure to mark your calendars and plan accordingly.
