Send 2016 Compliance Reporting Data by February 15
The New Year has arrived, and NRECA’s systems are ready to receive your cooperative’s compliance questionnaire and W-2 salary data. Both items are due by February 15 so that the benefits compliance team can perform nondiscrimination testing for your co-op’s retirement plans in time to avoid possible IRS excise taxes.
The questionnaire is located on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page of the Employee Benefits website. Keep your co-op’s data private by sending your questionnaire and supporting appendices (as applicable) using the Message Center.
You can either upload or manually enter your W-2 data. If you choose to upload a file, be sure to use the format on the W-2 Salary Data and Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire page.
