Retiree Insurance Solutions Guides Mail Next Week

Guides and cover letters for the NRECA Retiree Insurance Solutions program will be mailed next week by OneExchange. People transitioning from post-65 retiree medical and prescription drug coverage will receive the Enrollment Guide. Individuals transitioning from dental or vision coverage only will receive the Advantage Guide. One copy of the appropriate guide will be sent per household.

If an individual has already called OneExchange and scheduled an enrollment call appointment, the appointment date and time will appear on the right side of the Enrollment Guide cover letter. If they haven’t scheduled an appointment, the dates and times during which they can call to schedule appointments will be displayed.

Participant responsibilities and next steps
Participants should read the materials carefully and keep them for future reference.

Right now, participants should be contacting OneExchange at 855.823.0978 to make an appointment for their enrollment calls and to provide information for their personal profiles, as directed in the Getting Started Guide they received earlier, if they haven’t done so already. They also can find out more about Retiree Insurance Solutions and set up their profiles at medicare.oneexchange.com/nreca.

Enrollment for plans through OneExchange begins October 6 and runs through December 31, 2014. Medicare plans and premiums for 2015 will be available at that time. New plans will be effective January 1, 2015.
