Retiree Insurance Solutions Announcement Letter and Checklist Mailed Next Week
The NRECA announcement letter and pre-enrollment checklist for the Retiree Insurance Solutions program will be mailed next Thursday, August 14, to the homes of post-65 retirees and other participants affected by this change. Each affected participant will receive a mailing.
A sample of the announcement letter and the pre-enrollment checklist are posted on the Retiree Insurance Solutions page on the Employee Benefits website.
Call center and other OneExchange resources
The OneExchange call center and website for the NRECA Retiree Insurance Solutions program also will open on August 14. The NRECA mailing will be followed the next week by a mailing from OneExchange that will include the Getting Started Guide, which introduces OneExchange and the pre-enrollment process. Each affected household will receive one Getting Started Guide mailing from OneExchange.
