Reminder: August 31 Webinar to Cover New Annual Base Salary Collection Event

To ask questions and learn about this year’s new annual base salary collection event on the NRECA Employee Benefits website, sign up for the August 31 webinar. The hour-long webinar begins at 2 pm Eastern time.

The annual base (or “November 15”) salary collection period runs from September 5 to October 13. In preparation for submitting your cooperative’s salary data, this is a great opportunity to learn about the new guided event, a new job classification structure that collects more employee information and a new file format.
