Remedying Blocked Emails from Cooperative.com
Early in October, we announced that the new registration and log-in processes for cooperative.com had launched. In the last 30 days, we’ve had over 27,000 active users log into the website.
We have received reports from website users about blocked automated emails from cooperative.com that may have been caught in spam filters or other security protocols your cooperative may have in place. We wanted to provide you with information in addition to the guidance provided to you in October to ensure users have a positive experience logging into the website. We recommend passing this information along to your co-op’s IT staff to ensure they have the information in place to prevent emails from cooperative.com being blocked. NRECA is now using a dedicated IP address, which is 168.245.2.201, for emails from donotreply@cooperative.com. You can expect emails to be sent from this IP address and may add the email and IP address to your co-op’s “safe senders” list in order to ensure these messages are delivered to benefits users.
