Now Online: Enhanced RS Plan Invoice Experience
We are excited to announce an updated online experience for Retirement Security (RS) Plan invoices, which includes updated visuals, more intuitive language, faster loading speeds and a design that is responsive across devices, from desktop to mobile or tablet.
This update is part of NRECA’s ongoing evaluation of the Employee Benefits website to provide design and content enhancements reflecting user feedback, as well as incorporating evolutions in industry standards including security protocols. This ensures we provide you with an experience that simplifies benefit plan administration tasks.
With this update, existing functionality, such as viewing, sorting and searching for invoices remains. However, all benefits and financial administrators will now receive Message Center notifications when new RS Plan invoices are released, regardless of the delivery preference you’ve chosen. If you have not turned on your Message Center preferences to alert you via email upon receipt of a new message, you can do so by logging in to cooperative.com > My Benefits and selecting “Profile Preferences” from the drop-down menu next to your name in the upper right-hand corner of your admin homepage. At the bottom of this page, under Admin Message Alerts, you may select your preferred email address and frequency of notifications.
