2027 Annual Renewal and Annual Enrollment Dates
Annual renewal is when cooperatives select the NRECA group benefits they will offer employees for the upcoming year. Annual enrollment is when employees choose their NRECA group benefits for the next year. Key dates for the 2027 cycle are:
- Group Plan Management blackout period: June 1 – August 13, 2026
- Annual renewal: August 13 – September 25, 2026
- Annual enrollment: October 15 – November 20, 2026:
- BA preview period: October 15 – 16, 2026
- Wave 1 (blue): October 19 – November 2, 2026
- Wave 2 (yellow): November 3 – 18, 2026
- BA review period: November 19 – 20, 2026
