New COBRA Model Notices Available
Please begin using these new notices immediately.
On May 2, the Department of Labor (DOL) released model COBRA notices that reflect additional coverage options available to COBRA-eligible individuals through state health insurance exchanges (“Marketplaces”).
The model COBRA notices for the NRECA plans now reflect these new options. Co-ops should begin using them immediately. Please click on these links to access these notices from the document library on Cooperative.com:
