In some instances, the CVS Caremark Customer Care phone number was listed incorrectly in the prescription drug handbooks. Online versions of the handbooks with the updated phone number are posted on the Employee Benefits website:

• Prescription Drug Handbook: High-Deductible Health Plan Coverage
• Prescription Drug Handbook: 3-Tier Coinsurance Coverage
• Prescription Drug Handbook: 2-Tier Coinsurance Coverage
