Get ready for the redesigned Employee Benefits website!

NRECA is making it easier for benefits administrators (BAs) and participants to manage group and retirement benefits. We reimagined the site with your feedback and needs in mind, and we’re excited to unveil phase 1 of this multi-phase redesign in March 2015. You’ll see comprehensive dashboards which place key information up front, streamlined navigation, customizable links and improved medical, dental and vision claims search and sort functions, among other features. Large megamenus allow for fewer clicks and faster access to what you and your employees seek. BAs will for the first time land on a BA dashboard upon entering the website where you can easily search for employee information, view cooperative level information, see the latest I&FS Weekly news, articles and videos. Improved life and employment event and payroll transaction screens will be coming in future phases of this redesign.

Resources available now
The redesigned Employee Benefits website launches in March, and we have several resources to prepare you and your employees for a seamless transition. An employee-focused article announcing the redesigned site and its March launch is available for you to use in your employee newsletter, intranet or other in-house publications. You can order 24” x 36” posters announcing the launch for display in a break or lunch room. You can also order postcards to hand out to your employees. All of these items can be found on the Employee Benefits website, and you can order the poster and postcards by calling the Member Contact Center at 866.673.2299 or emailing contactcenter@nreca.coop.

Redesigned Employee Benefits Website webinar
Register now for the Redesigned Employee Benefits Website webinar on Thursday, February 19 at 2 pm ET. You will get a live tour of the new site, including administration and personal features, and have an opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A segment. A video of the webinar will be posted online for those who cannot attend.

Coming soon
A brief video tour of the redesigned website for participants is in production and will be available online soon. It serves as an overview of new look and feel of the site and is a great tool for showing your employees exactly what to expect. Additional videos will focus on specific features of the new site for both BAs and participants.
