Duplicate 1099R Forms

On February 3, NRECA was notified by the vendor contracted to print and mail 2014 Forms 1099R to participants in the 401(k) and Retirement Security (RS) plans that the forms had been printed and mailed twice.

The duplicate 1099R forms were not submitted to the Internal Revenue Service and the amounts on both the original and the duplicate are correct.

NRECA is notifying affected participants by mail, advising them to disregard any duplicate forms they receive.
