Coping with Market Volatility, A New Participant Resource
To address participant concerns about recent volatility in the financial markets, NRECA has developed an educational resource, “Answers You Need, Coping with Market Volatility.”
In a recent interview, Beth Napper, director of NRECA’s Personal Investment & Retirement Consulting (PIRC) team and John Szczur, vice president of investment strategy and performance at NRECA, explain the cyclical nature of financial markets and some of the reasons for recent market turbulence. Napper and Szczur also offer specific suggestions for coping with volatility at various career stages. Participants are reminded that if they have further questions or concerns to contact the PIRC team.
This resource is now available for you to share with employees. Participants may also access this document directly on the Employee Benefits website.
