Energize Now Online

The latest issue of Energize is now available on the Employee Benefits website.

A copy will be mailed directly to the homes of NRECA Medical Plan participants. (If no home address is on file, the newsletter will be sent to a participant at his or her cooperative.)

This issue encourages readers to get outside to enjoy the increased health benefits they can get only from outside activity. Need a little encouragement to get moving? Energize has articles on the benefits of wearable fitness trackers and things to consider to find the right one. This issue also highlights the updated Employee Benefits website, the Centers of Excellence programs and much more. Participants can read the articles and then complete the word find puzzle to review the topics covered in the issue.

Remember, Energize is provided to NRECA Medical Plan participants at no additional cost. It covers wellness and prevention topics. It also provides helpful information on NRECA medical plans and programs that apply to all participants.
