ACA Webinar Slides and Recording Now Available

The webinar, “Affordable Care Act Update: 2015 Tax Reporting Compliance,” held last week is now available online. You can view and listen to it and download a PDF of the slides from the presentation.

In the webinar, Seth Perretta and Malcolm Slee of the Groom Law Group explored the various Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax reporting responsibilities of cooperatives of all sizes beginning with the 2015 tax year (to be filed in 2016). They also walked attendees through the initial versions of the tax forms 1094 and 1095 B and C that will be used for these filings. NRECA shared its plans to help co-ops in NRECA medical plans with the data they will need to complete the forms.
