Download Restatement Adoption Agreements

On Friday, August 18, cooperatives with one or more subgroups that had not accessed any of their restated Retirement Security and 401(k) Pension Plan adoption agreements received a Message Center notification reminding them do so. If you have not downloaded your documents, please do so right away. If you have already retrieved your co-op’s agreements, remember to review and sign them, then return them to NRECA by October 31 along with your restatement board resolution.

Locating your documents
Access the agreements directly from the Retirement Plan Documents page of the Employee Benefits website. If your co-op has multiple subgroups, the adoption agreements for each subgroup appear under separate subheads entitled “Adoption Agreements.” Click on each subhead to expand it and reveal all notices for that subgroup. If your plan has a separate adoption agreement addendum, access it by clicking the “+” next to the plan type (e.g., “+401(k)” or “+RS”). Review, sign and return the addendum along with your adoption agreements.
