Disability Report Enhancements

Benefits administrators at cooperatives offering NRECA’s short- and long-term disability plans will be seeing improvements to the participation reports associated with these plans. These reports that were mailed from Cooperative Benefits Administrators (CBA) on a weekly or monthly basis, based on plan type, listed co-op employees on short- or long-term disability.

Based on your feedback, we enhanced the process to provide these reports to benefits administrators and, if applicable, financial administrators through the NRECA Employee Benefits website’s Message Center. Reports for short-term disability plans will be generated on a weekly basis and reports for long-term disability plans will be generated on a monthly basis for each subgroup. CBA will continue to mail hard copy reports weekly to benefits administrators that contain information for both short- and long-term disability plan participants.
