Annual Enrollment Materials for 2015 Available

Employee annual enrollment for 2015 runs from October 30 to November 26, 2014. During that period, employees or benefits administrators (BAs) can elect benefits for 2015 on the Employee Benefits website.

BAs can access the system the entire time, from October 30 to November 26. Employees can use the system for two weeks in either Wave 1 or Wave 2, depending on where your cooperative is located. The waves are November 3–17 (Wave 1) and November 10–24 (Wave 2). Refer to the map to see your co-op’s wave.

To help you, we’ve prepared materials that contain the most important information about annual enrollment and the benefits changes for 2015 that you need to communicate to your employees. These materials, posted on the Employee Benefits website, include:

Where to find materials online
The materials are available in the BA Assistant on the Employee Benefits website. Go to Administration > BA Assistant > Your Tasks and Responsibilities > Annual Enrollment.

Annual enrollment materials being mailed (and online)
We also are mailing enough copies of the “Five Things” brochures and the resource guides for each of your employees to your co-op.

Please use the annual enrollment materials to supplement and enhance your co-op’s employee benefits communication.
