Annual Base Salary Collection Period Now Open – NRECA Employee Benefits Weekly

Cooperatives can now submit their annual base salary data to NRECA; the collection period runs through October 9.

Submitting your co-op’s data on time will help ensure accurate annual enrollment elections, January billing and Retirement Security Plan benefit estimates and payments.

Before submitting your data, remember to first verify (and update as needed) your employees’ job position codes according to the NRECA job classification list.
