2014 Compliance Questionnaire and W-2 Salary Data Due by February 13

Remember to send your cooperative’s compliance questionnaire and W-2 salary data no later than February 13, 2015. The benefits compliance team needs these items so that they can complete your co-op’s nondiscrimination testing in time to avoid possible IRS excise taxes.

Questionnaire
The retirement questionnaire is on the Employee Benefits website. Go to Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries. Click Download the Annual Retirement Compliance Questionnaire in the “Resources” sidebar.

Use the Message Center to send your questionnaire and attachments. This method keeps your private data (e.g., Social Security numbers) safe as well as sending your questionnaire directly to the benefits compliance team.

W-2 salary data
Send your W-2 data securely through the Employee Benefits website. You can either upload a file or enter your data manually. Helpful information on required file layouts is online at Administration > My Co-op’s Salaries. Select the import instructions link.
