NRECA’s recent webinar discussing IRC 415 legislative relief is now available to view online.

NRECA presenters Mark Maus and Michele Gardner provide an overview of relief measures that resulted from legislative efforts on behalf of NRECA’s member cooperatives, and review how this legislative relief works based on several examples of co-op employee situations. A summary of the question and answer period from the webinar is also available for download.
