Webinar Available to Help You “Carry On” During Pandemic

A recording of “Keep Calm and Carry On – Maintaining Your Composure Amidst the Pandemic Panic” is now available for participants to view on the NRECA Employee Benefits website.

The webinar, offered through NRECA’s Life Strategy Counseling program, was held last week but some participants were not able to access it due to a capacity limit.

Participants can view a recording of the webinar by going to cooperative.com > My Benefits > My Insurance > Health & Wellness > Life Strategy Counseling, clicking the “KEPRO website” link and then clicking “Online Seminars.” KEPRO is NRECA’s vendor partner on the program.

The webinar addresses strategies to deal with feelings of anxiety and stress, practical steps for working from home, when to reach out for support and more.

Participants can find additional webinars and other resources on the KEPRO website, as well as speak with a counselor 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 888.225.4289. Life Strategy Counseling is offered at no additional cost for employees, and their dependents 18 and older, who are eligible to participate in the NRECA Medical Plan.
