Watch for Final Retirement Plan Restatement Adoption Agreements

October 31 is the deadline to return your cooperative’s signed restatement adoption agreement and board resolution for the Retirement Security Plan and 401(k) Pension Plan.

If you have already sent these items, thank you for helping us update the plans so that they comply with benefit plan rules and regulations. Once your restatement documents are received in good order, they will be countersigned and scanned. Benefits administrators (BAs) will receive a Message Center notification when the final agreements are available online. Follow the link in the notification or go directly to the Retirement Plan Documents page to view, print or download them. Look under the subhead “Adoption Agreements” for documents with a status of “complete.” Additionally, an email will confirm to CEOs/GMs that the restatement process is complete and thank them for their efforts.

If you have not yet sent your completed agreements to NRECA, please do so as soon as possible. Adoption agreements are ready to download from the Retirement Plan Documents page of the Employee Benefits website, and the BA Guide has full restatement instructions and links to the resources you’ll need.
