Watch for Final Retirement Plan Restatement Adoption Agreements

If you’ve already returned documents supporting the July 1 deadline for the Retirement Security (RS) Plan and 401(k) Pension Plan restatements, thank you for your assistance. Adoption agreements that were received, processed, and countersigned by September 15 will be released the week of September 26 to the Retirement Plan Documents page of the Employee Benefits website. Watch for a Message Center notification that copies are available for download. Follow the link in the notification or go directly to the Retirement Plan Documents page to view, print or download yours. Look under the subhead “Adoption Agreements” for documents with a status of “complete.”

If your cooperative is still completing the process, the final deadline to return restatement documents is October 31.

Fully executed and countersigned adoption agreements received and processed after September 15 will be released by November. Watch NRECA Employee Benefits Weekly for an article when this occurs.
