Value of Benefits Statement Still Incorrect

We expect the correction and review process to take a few days.

We want to give you a heads up that the second 2013 Value of Benefits Statement sent to participants by CVS Caremark on or about February 15 wasn’t correct in every instance. The CVS Caremark system-generated annual summary failed to include the fourth quarter pharmacy information for some participants, the months weren’t listed in calendar order and some participants didn’t receive their statements. We apologize for the additional confusion that this may have caused.

We’re working closely with the CVS Caremark team to review their system programming to ensure that it can generate accurate 2013 annual statements. Once we get confirmation the programming is corrected and has been reviewed thoroughly, CVS Caremark will reprint and mail the statements. We expect this review process to be completed early next week.

Prescription drug history can be viewed online
Participants also can go online to view their account information anytime at www.caremark.com. They can log into their account and click on “View prescription history,” which will allows them to print an “Rx History” report for any timeframe they set.
