Updated Invoice Preferences Event Now Live

The NRECA Employee Benefits website’s updated Invoice Preferences event, which you use to choose paperless or paper invoices for each of your subgroups for the Group Benefits Program and Retirement Security (RS) Plan invoices, has been updated and is now available online. Benefits administrators can access the Invoice Preferences event through the Co-op Retirement and Co-op Insurance menus.

The summary screen shows the current delivery method for your RS Plan and Group Benefits Program invoices by subgroup. Click “Edit” to change your elections. Under RS Plan and Group Benefits Program, you can choose “Select All” to change all invoices to paperless or paper to match your preference. You can also set your preferences individually for each type of invoice by subgroup. Click “Save Changes.” Allow five business days for your changes to take effect.

Note: The default, unless you make an election, is paper invoice.

Why you should consider paperless invoices
Paperless invoices allow you quicker and more secure access to your invoices, plus it saves the plans money through reduced postage and administrative costs. If you elect paperless invoices, you will receive a Message Center alert when your invoices are ready. You can download your Group Benefits Program and RS Plan invoices as a PDF or Excel file.
