Life Strategy Counseling (LSC) will offer a free one-hour webinar titled “Coping with Change” at 12 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm ET on Tuesday, September 15. This webinar will show ways to deal with the losses and gains that change brings to your life. The webinar will last for about one hour. Your co-op can participate, or participants in the NRECA Medical Plan can join in on their own.

Online reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, visit the LSC website and enter “NRECA” as the company code. (Look for “Online Seminars” in the lower right corner of the page.)

Participants, their spouses and their dependents can use LSC services by calling 888.225.4289, toll-free, 24 hours a day. They also can log in to APS HelpLink (company code: NRECA) for anonymous, secure access to tools and information on coping with life issues.
