The Facts about Quasi-retirement – NRECA Employee Benefits Weekly

While quasi-retirement in NRECA’s 401(k) Pension and Retirement Security Plans has long been available to participants whose cooperatives choose to offer it, as participants approach quasi-retirement eligibility, they may approach you with questions. To better educate participants, NRECA has developed succinct stand-alone high level fact sheets on quasi-retirement in the 401(k) Plan and in the RS Plan.

The new fact sheets are available on a new quasi-retirement page in the BA Guide on NRECA’s Employee Benefits website. The fact sheets are also available in the Documents for Co-ops sections of the website.
