The 2021 HR Mentoring Cohort is Forming Today!

The National Electric Cooperative Mentoring Program fosters collaboration among cooperatives and exposes participants to new ideas and approaches in the benefits administration, organizational development and workforce development areas. Mentees will learn from experienced co-op professionals that will help them be more successful both professionally and personally.

This is an exciting opportunity and valuable experience that benefits both the mentor and mentee.

  • New to your co-op or your role?
    If you have a project or annual performance goal you need guidance on, are new to your position and want to understand the “cooperative way” or interested in meeting some of your co-op human resources (HR) colleagues across the country, you are encouraged to sign up as a mentee.
  • Are you an experienced HR professional or benefit administrator? If you would like to strengthen your leadership abilities, help others grow professionally and personally or just give back to the co-op community then this program is for you. Become a mentor!
