RS Plan Invoices Are Now Available; Participant Statements On Track for March Delivery
On Wednesday, February 22, 2017, email notifications were sent from the NRECA Employee Benefits website’s Message Center to some benefits administrators indicating their Retirement Security (RS) Plan benefit statement was available on the Employee Benefits website.
This message, sent to benefits administrators with preferences set to receive “immediate” email notifications from Message Center, should have stated that the cooperative’s RS Plan invoice was available for viewing online rather than their individual RS Plan annual benefit statements.
To view your co-op’s RS Plan invoice, go to Cooperative.com, click on “My Benefits” and log in. Under the “Admin” tab, click on “Co-op’s Retirement” and select “RS Plan Invoices” in the megamenu.
Participants employed at co-ops following the “base salary” definition of the RS Plan will be receiving their statements (either via email or US Postal Service, based on their preference) by the end of March. Participants with benefit calculations requiring special handling or other special circumstances will receive their benefit statements in the following weeks.
