Reminder: Submit Tax-Advantaged Account Documents – NRECA Employee Benefits Weekly

If you haven’t done so yet, remember to send NRECA the appropriate documents if your cooperative plans to make changes to or add a new 125 Plan or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) for 2027. The completed documents must be submitted to cba.fsa.hra@nreca.coop by Wednesday, September 30.

Also by September 30, if your co-op will sponsor a 125 Plan in 2027, be sure to submit a payroll calendar for each subgroup administered—regardless of whether you are making changes to your plan.

The sample plan documents, forms and guides your co-op will need to complete and return are available on the Employee Benefits website:

125 Plan documents
HRA documents (includes retiree HRA plans)
Plan features (includes the debit card)
