Reminder: Submit Annual Base Salary Data

NRECA’s annual base salary collection period ends October 9; remember to submit your cooperative’s data by then.

Submitting your data on time will help ensure accurate annual enrollment elections, January billing and Retirement Security Plan benefit estimates and payments.

First, validate—and update as needed—your employees’ job position codes according to the NRECA job classification list. Then, go to the November 15 Base Salary page to enter your salary data.
