Sign up today for the NRECA webinar Life Strategy Counseling – Business Services for Co-ops. The webinar is Wednesday, April 3, from 1 to 2 pm, Central time.  

Benefits administrators, and other individuals at cooperatives involved in business operations, can learn about optional management support services offered by KEPRO, NRECA’s Life Strategy Counseling program partner.

The webinar will cover the following optional services that KEPRO makes available—some for an additional fee:

• Critical incident stress debriefing, in case of a catastrophic event. KEPRO assesses the incident’s impact and educates on the importance of leadership developing and delivering effective messaging, while providing the appropriate response (pre-negotiated fee).
• Substance abuse assessments, for cases requiring assessment by a substance abuse professional related to government regulations or employer requirements. KEPRO addresses how to recognize substance abuse and the work signs of substance abuse (pre-negotiated fee).
• Performance improvement referrals, to support managers who have employees agree to complete performance improvement plans for continued employment (available at no additional cost).
