Join us for the 2023 Basic Benefits Training Course (BBTC). This year’s training is May 9-11 in Arlington, Virginia. Join fellow cooperative benefits professionals for an opportunity to learn about NRECA benefit plans and programs, meet with NRECA staff and to network with one another.

Who should consider attending?

  • Co-op employees new to benefits administration or to NRECA-sponsored group benefits or retirement plans
  • Professionals familiar with NRECA plans but who want a refresher course on eligibility, compliance and administration
