Reminder: Annual Renewals Due by Midnight this Friday

Annual renewals for NRECA group benefit plans for the 2016 plan year are due by midnight ET this Friday, September 25, 2015. Remember, to ensure your cooperative’s annual benefits renewal is complete you need to:

  • Take action on each of your medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and business travel accident plans, whether you are confirming a plan as is; modifying, or making changes, to its design; or building a new plan
  • Renew the plans for each subgroup you manage

Complete these actions through the Benefit Plan Rating and Renewal feature of the Employee Benefits website.

Taking action by, or before, the deadline ensures that you receive your summary of benefits and coverage (SBC) in time to distribute for employee annual enrollment (as required by the Affordable Care Act) and that all screens for online enrollment display the correct information.
