Reminder: Annual Base Salary Collection Begins September 1
The annual base (or “November 15”) salary collection period begins September 1 and ends October 7.
Cooperatives that participate in NRECA salary-based Group Benefits Program and/or Retirement Security (RS) Plan benefits must submit salary data via the November 15 Base Salaries page. This data will affect 2023 billing and is also needed to ensure accurate annual enrollment information for co-ops that offer NRECA’s life insurance and/or disability products.
Co-ops will also be asked to first validate, and update as needed, employees’ job positions before submitting their data.
