This foundational training program brings together co-op benefits professionals for an opportunity to learn about NRECA benefit plans and programs, meet with NRECA staff and network. Join your colleagues from cooperatives across the country who are new to benefits administration or those who just want a refresh.

Who should attend this in-person training course?

  • Co-op employees new to benefits administration or to NRECA-sponsored group benefits or retirement plans; or
  • Professionals familiar with NRECA plans but who want a refresher course on eligibility, compliance and administration.
