Registration for the 2026 Interact Conference is Open

Registration is officially open for the 2026 Interact Conference, the signature event for electric cooperative benefits and HR professionals. This year, we’re highlighting a theme that sits at the heart of every co-op: trust. In an industry built on reliability, trust is critical—bringing together benefits and HR professionals, employees and communities to keep the co-op mission strong.

Our industry is navigating rapid change, from workforce expectations to an evolving benefits landscape. The 2026 Interact Conference will explore how trust can strengthen culture, elevate employee well‑being and shape the future of work within co-ops.

This year we’re headed to Orlando, Florida (July 13 – 15), and Minneapolis, Minnesota (August 10 – 12), and we look forward to having you join us at the location that works best for you.
