Join your colleagues from cooperatives across the country for the 2023 Basic Benefits Training Course (BBTC) May 9–11 in Arlington, Virginia.

We’re excited to offer the 2023 BBTC in-person once again! This foundational training program brings together co-op benefits professionals for an opportunity to learn about NRECA benefit plans and programs, meet with NRECA staff and to network. Attendees will be invited to join us for a welcome reception.

Who should attend?

  • Co-op employees new to benefits administration or to NRECA-sponsored group benefits or retirement plans; or
  • Professionals familiar with some NRECA plans but who want a refresher course on eligibility, compliance, and administration.
