Join your counterparts from cooperatives across the country for the 2022 Basic Benefits Training Course (BBTC). This year’s training is May 17–19 in Omaha, NE.

We’re excited to offer the 2022 BBTC in-person once again! This foundational training program brings together co-op benefits professionals for an opportunity to learn about NRECA benefit plans and programs, meet with NRECA staff and network with one another. BBTC attendees will be invited to attend a welcome reception.

Who should consider attending?

  • Co-op employees new to benefits administration or to NRECA group benefit programs or retirement plans
  • Professionals familiar with NRECA plans but who want a refresher course on eligibility, compliance and administration
