Q4 Well-being Focus: Relapse and Resiliency
Old habits can be hard to break. One day you might think you’ve made a healthier change for good, but the next day you slip up. Relapse and resiliency, our fourth quarter well-being theme, is about rebounding from a setback and getting headed in the right direction again.
