Q3 Well-being Focus: Organizations and Communities
Our third quarter well-being theme highlights healthful resources available to NRECA Medical Plan participants within their community and through organizations they associate with.
From local health care providers to NRECA programs, participants can find a wealth of community and organizational support tools all around them. Share the following resources for use at your cooperative:
Infographics:
- Health Care Toolkit – Keep these four essential tools handy to maintain your health.
- Giving is Good for You – Giving can lower your stress levels, among other benefits.
- Get in the Game – Community sports and recreation offer a wealth of benefits for your well-being.
Programs/Tools:
- Find a Doctor: Search for in-network doctors for primary and specialized care, as well as medical facilities, labs and imaging centers.
- Teladoc®: Call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for non-emergency conditions.
- Personal Investment & Retirement Consulting (PIRC): Available to help maintain financial fitness for participants in the NRECA 401(k) Pension Plan and/or Retirement Security Plan.
