PIRC Lunch and Learn Webinar – Your Savings: Small Changes = BIG Results
The latest in the “lunch and learn” webinar series offered by the Personal Investment & Retirement Consulting (PIRC) team will focus on the importance of understanding the role that 401(k) savings plays in your retirement planning and how small changes to spending and saving habits will help you meet that goal.
PIRC’s Chris Hodges will be focusing on creating new habits (and perhaps breaking some old ones) to boost 401(k) Pension Plan account contributions, which can lead to higher retirement account balances down the road. Chris will also walk through a few of the planning calculators available on NRECA’s Employee Benefits website that can aid participants in creating and meeting savings goals.
Join cooperative employees across the country on Tuesday, January 31 at 2pm, Eastern time, for this engaging 30 minute webinar. Register on behalf of your employees today.
Benefits administrators are encouraged to have printed copies of the 401(k) Pension Plan Payroll Deduction Authorization Form on hand for employees following the webinar.
If you and your co-op’s employees aren’t able to participate “live,” a recorded version of the session, as well as a summary of answers to audience questions, will be posted on the Employee Benefits website in the following weeks.
