It will reopen for co-ops with a January 1 renewal date on August 12 for annual renewal.

Annual group benefits renewal for cooperatives with a January 1, 2015 renewal date runs August 12 through September 26, 2014.

To prepare for the 2015 Annual Group Benefits Renewal, the Benefit Plan Rating and Renewal self-service feature will be unavailable for experience-rated co-ops (those covering 100 or more employees) with a January 1, 2015 renewal date from 8 pm, ET June 1 through 9 am, ET August 12, 2014. For non-experience-rated co-ops (those covering fewer than 100 employees) the Benefit Plan Rating and Renewal self-service feature will be unavailable from 8 pm, ET July 18 through 9 am, ET August 12, 2014.
