OneExchange Welcome Letter and Magnet to be Mailed Early March

The OneExchange welcome letter and magnet will be mailed in early March to individuals who enrolled in insurance plans through OneExchange, our business partner for the Retiree Insurance Solutions program. One copy of the letter and magnet will be sent per enrolled household.

The letter reminds recipients that support is always just a phone call away, lets them know about the “Experience Choice” newsletter they will receive twice a year and explains a little bit about the annual open enrollment period. The magnet displays OneExchange contact information so it can be kept where it’s readily available.
